Mr Bailey grew so weary from his struggles.
The last few weeks we could tell he was dreaming of those days when he could run in the yard as his legs moved
and he made little yips as he was sleeping.
Yesterday afternoon we held him and loved him
and helped him on his journey to the Rainbow Bridge
No more struggles dear Bailey Man -
now you are running free with Greta,
your sweetheart Dory,
your sweetheart Dory,
and all your friends at the Bridge
We love you forever Buddy,
Mom, Dad
Hazel & Mabel

ReplyDeleteBailey ~ May the blessing of the rain be on you—the soft sweet rain.
May it fall upon your spirit
so that all the little flowers may spring up,
and shed their sweetness on the air.
May the blessing of the great rains be on you,
may they beat upon your spirit
and wash it fair and clean,
and leave there many a shining pool
where the blue of heaven shines,
and sometimes a star.
I will look for your star Bailey my friend.
Sweet William The Scot
