Portneuf Wellness Complex
Yesterday morning Mom & Dad took me to check out the new Wellness Complex that just opened this month
They wanted to check it out before taking all three of us
so they would know what to expect
As soon as we got there we found this!
A doggy waste station along with a map of the complex
Let me tell you the place is huge!
basketball courts, soccer fields, volleyball courts,
an amphitheater and our first stop
the lake!
There were several people fishing
This looks towards the other end of the lake
There is lots of grass and beautiful views
Time for a water break!
While we were walking we saw people on bicycles, people walking, people jogging and people walking their dogs too!
Mom made sure I practiced my Canine Good Citizen skills
We found another doggy waste station along the path
Here is Dad with a view of the Amphitheater

They were getting things ready for a concert
This was the second concert held there.
The first concert was Aug 31st with
the Beach Boys and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band!
Oh My - Such gorgeous views all around
At the other end of the lake they allow swimming
Even though it was a little cool there were some swimmers
You can tell what I think of that sign!
We spent an hour exploring
The walking paths are nice and wide so I can't wait to go back with Bailey, Hazel and the PugMobile
And you know what is really great
The complex is only 3.6 miles from our house!

Mr Bailey's New Ride!
Oh Doggy!
I can't wait to show you the new ride
that Mom & Dad got for Bailey
and Hazel too
Mr. Bailey has hip dysplasia
and doesn't always get around too well.
Long walks are out of the question.
The peeps had talked about finding a stroller big enough
for both Bailey & Hazel to ride in
Well Mom found a great deal on this bike trailer with a coversion kit to a push stroller at Costco
In the spring they were $199 - close out price $79 -
Mom had to get it
We tested it out in the yard first

I had to hop in and check it out!
Faster Dad! Faster!
Sunday morning we headed out for a walk
before it got too warm
Everybody walked for a bit
and when Bailey got tired....
He got to ride in the pugmobile
Hazel got to catch a ride too!
Pretty cool huh?
Next we are going to check out the new
Wellness Complex that just opened in our town
It is supposed to have lots of great walking paths

but still an OK size.
They are a crunchy treat - easy crunch, not hard
we like our crunchy treats to be small
so Mom breaks them up for us
They break very easily but do crumble a bit
When reading reviews, some complained about the smell
They do have a fishy odor but it is not overpowering to Mom's sensitive nose.
All three of us had to sniff a second before we first tried them, but we decided they taste pretty good.
The only downside is the crumbliness when Mom breaks them up

Snow Freak Dreams!
Our good furiends
have made their big move to their new home
in Sarge's territory
Sarge showed us pictures of the HUGE moving truck that
brought all their stuff to their new house
but rumor has it that some of MaMaw's notorious Snow Freaks escaped from the truck somewhere in between
Ohio and Pencil Vane E Ah
We went to bed last night
worrying about those Snow Freaks.
What would become of them?
Where would they go?
Before long we were off to dreamland

Royal Mail for Me!!
On Wednesday
the Mail Lady brought an envelope for Me!
Bailey! - It has MY name on it!
MOM!!
Bailey is sniffing my mail!!!!!!!
Look! It is Royal Mail and it is just for me!!
Hurry Mom! OPEN IT!
OMD!
We opened the envelope and out popped
A cute little puggie
He was delivering a special note from across the pond
Princess Leah sent me POTP from the UK
Thank you Princess Leah!
I know it will help me get better
and it made our day!
