Portneuf Wellness Complex

Yesterday morning Mom & Dad took me to check out the new Wellness Complex that just opened this month

They wanted to check it out before taking all three of us
so they would know what to expect


As soon as we got there we found this!

A doggy waste station along with a map of the complex

Let me tell you the place is huge!
basketball courts, soccer fields, volleyball courts,
an amphitheater and our first stop

the lake!


There were several people fishing 


This looks towards the other end of the lake


There is lots of grass and beautiful views


Time for a water break!

While we were walking we saw people on bicycles, people walking, people jogging and people walking their dogs too!

 Mom made sure I practiced my Canine Good Citizen skills



We found another doggy waste station along the path


Here is Dad with a view of the Amphitheater

They were getting things ready for a concert 


This was the second concert held there.
The first concert was Aug 31st with 
the Beach Boys and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band!



Oh My - Such gorgeous views all around


At the other end of the lake they allow swimming


Even though it was a little cool there were some swimmers



 You can tell what I think of that sign!

We spent an hour exploring 
The walking paths are nice and wide so I can't wait to go back with Bailey, Hazel and the PugMobile

And you know what is really great
The complex is only 3.6 miles from our house!

    that's a super place, I like that I haven't to take a bath there :o) OMG and STYX was there too? Oh I bet they rocked the amphitheater.... butt I wish my momma would stop to sing Mr. Roboto to me :o)

    Its a gorgeous and interesting place, but we think dogs should be allowed on the beach! That's the ONLY thing we found wrong.

    Nitty Gritty Dirt Band - Fishin' in the dark oh Lee will be singing that song all day. What a great place to have an Amphitheater and if the wind blows just right I bet you will be able to hear the music at your home with the area being so flat. Having this Complex just over three miles from your home is terrific. So many activities at one place. I think your new wheels look terrific why all of you could fit into it and your peeps can even jog with it ~ better than a stroller.

    Looks like you had a good time despite being BANNED from the beach (what the pug is up with that?!). Those mountains and blue sky look so lovely.
