Tomorrow is the 1st anniversary of my gotcha day!!!
One year ago Mom & Dad set out on a loooong drive.
The first day they saw some
awesome scenery in Wyoming
Luckily there was not snow everywhere
OMP they saw the worlds largest jackalope!
Mom wanted to get up in the saddle for the pic but was afraid
she wouldn't be able to get back down HA HA

The second day they entered
the Black Hills of South Dakota
They had lunch at the Crazy Horse Memorial
then spent the afternoon at Mount Rushmore
It was very impressive

But the 3rd day was the best day
cause they got me!
My very first picture riding on Mom's lap in the car.
I was a great traveler.

We drove part way home
and stayed the night in a hotel
I got to sleep on the bed
with my new Mom & Dad
On the road again!
The Grand Tetons looked pretty grand
And here I am
in my new yard
It didn't take me long to know
I was home!

HAPPY Gotcha Day! Whew! Man, that was close....my mom almost saw those cute pictures of you (she wanted a pug before she got me)but I detoured her ....SHOES!!!! Works every time.

Congrats on your Gotcha day! You sure were a cute little guy! BTW, just wanted to mention we might not be around too much for the next week. Mom just painted the kitchen and mudroom and she is getting ready to do the living room/hall/stairway. She says she hates painting, oops she said to put that in caps, HATES painting and these big projects are miserable. Me and Stanley hate them cuz we get lonely.
