Thank you friends for all your thoughts and prayers
for my daughter and family
For now my daughters home is OK but they have no idea how long they will be without power,
the power company can not get in to assess the damage
It could be days or weeks
There will be a town meeting this evening for residents
at the local elementary school
This picture is from last night a few miles down the road from daughters house
the road they drive every day to get home
She heard from the grandson about 3 pm
he is fine but out fighting the fire so continued prayers for his and the all the firefighters safety are much appreciated
Thank you
Linda

Well, you knows we live here in California where there are fires all up and down the state...luckily, there are none in our immediate area (knock on wood...), so we know how scary these wildfires can be! There was a wildfire just up the hills here a few years ago, and although there are a lot of city scapes between us and the fire, the sight, sounds, and smells were terrible. The smoke is the worse. I will keep my paws crossed real tight for your family, and double paw cross for your Grandson! Tell him Thank You! We know what a freakishly hard job that is..
