Mom & Dad rearranged the living room furniture
Mom doesn't want me to get on the back of the love seat
She is afraid I might fall off and hurt myself
Sheesh Mom! I won't fall off!
Keep an eye out for mom will ya dude?
I just want to take a nap.

ReplyDeleteMom's are such worriers :)

ReplyDeleteIf you think mature women are no longer attractive, think again because not all men have their eyes on young women. Some men are attracted to mature women because of their independence and they are less likely to be clingy. Older women already know who they are, what they want, have more experiences, have more interesting stories, more confident and most importantly they are not dating to play games. There are men who prefer attracting mature women especially those who are ready to commit.

We love the spam that is above us, teehee! Our peeps rearranged in the name of being warm without power yesterday and then this morning had to put it all back! Peeps!
ReplyDeletemy mom was afraid too that I could fall from the back of that sofa... and while talking about that there was a loud noise and the silvermistygrey eagle landed on the floor :o( be careful when you use this supercomfy place :o)
ReplyDeleteBOL That is my favorite spot on the couch as well! Doesn't your mom know we dogs don't just fall off things?
ReplyDeleteHari OM
ReplyDeleteLooks like the pawfect place for a nap!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

Your little friends got your back

The back of the couch is the best seat in the house. Love the planter.
ReplyDeleteAroo to you,
Sully
We laughed at your spam. Moms are big worry warts, mom even worries about pups that don't live here. I fink that table will help.

Wow, I think your napping technique is perfect! I'm sure you won't fall, but sometimes a change of scenery is kinda nice... even if it's indoors. BOL OMD I'm wagging like crazy at your cute little pug dude!
ReplyDeleteGrr and Woof,
Sarge, Police Commish
Jakey loves to use the top of the couch for surveying things. Lucky for him, it is against the wall so he won't fall off!!
ReplyDeleteHope you don't get caught!!

The back of the couch was Bridge's favourite place to sleep, she was always up there keeping an eye on us all.
ReplyDeleteThose mums are such worriers aren't they Mabel :)

AHHHH MOM'S ARE LIKE THAT YOU KNOW. LOOKING AND WATCHING ALL THE CHANCE PLACES THAT MIGHT TRIP US UP OR WE MIGHT OVER JUDGE IN A VIGOROUS JUMP.
ReplyDeleteMOM OFTEN SAYS, 'MADI YOU ARE GONNA BUST YOU CHIN WIDE UP DOING THAT'!
I HAVE TO REMIND HER I'M A C A T WE LAND ON OUR FEETS
hUGS MADI YOUR BFFF
I totes understand where you are coming from Mabel. I do the same thing. BUT I have perfected the pillow snuggle so it takes the HUMOMS a while to find me on the top of the couch. I heard rumors that our next couch will not have pillows, though. Gulp.

LMAO. Your pug pout is hilarious. BabyBelle does that same look at us when she wonders what we are up to!
ReplyDeleteBOL BOL you surely showed your mom this ti..... NO WAIT.... she isn't gonna See you... since you have your Furend the Guard Pug on duty...
ReplyDeleteTHAT is BRILLIANT!!! Snooze away... right where you are...
Mommas worry a LOT. It's their JOB. Just humor her.
ReplyDeleteAwww bless, your Momma is just worried about you, I am sure that you are ok but I have been known to nod right off to sleep and land on the floor! BOL! Love and Licks from your Friend Frank XxxxX
ReplyDeleteThat's nice that your Mom is looking out for you. I'm so jealous you have those kind of back cushions on the couch. The first house I ever lived in had a couch like that and I LOVED to curl up on top of the back cushion (I'd leave a cute little pug indention, too!). Unfortunately my current couch has just an upholstered back so I can't really plop up onto it like I want to. Enjoy it, Mabel!
ReplyDelete-Love,
Sid.
Just move that table, with the marvelous statue, over just a tad. Then if you should fall you'll end up on the table! Not that we think you'd fall, just a precaution to get your mum off your back.
ReplyDeleteWe have never rested on the back of the couch before. It must REALLY be the best seat in the house!
ReplyDeleteWe promise not to tell mom, but please be careful up there!
ReplyDeleteHey Furiends!
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting on the BCCalendar. That makes me wag like crazy. :)
Da back of da couch used to be my favorite spot. I can't get up there anymores though.
ReplyDeleteOur mom says "Safety first!" Your mom just wants to keep you safe.
ReplyDeleteKeep Calm & Bark On!

Moms really are bigtime worriers, but we think it has something to do with loving us a lot:0
ReplyDeleteWoos - Ciara and Lightning
I've seen photos of dogs on the backs of couches so it must be a fun place to relax! Neither of mine get up there.
ReplyDeleteWells, tell your Moms to move that table a little to the left...that way you will 'fall' on the table and not the floor!! BRILLIANT! ( Oh, just make sure she puts something no-skid on the top..hehehe)
ReplyDeleteHappy snoozin'!
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
I know sometimes Mommy worries about the silliest things. I almost never fall off when I am climbing around. Well almost... maybe she does have a point.
ReplyDeleteZiggy Out!!
Oh Mabel I bet you always do what Mom doesn't want you to do. Why that rearranging furniture is dangerous ~ you could not notice and jump on something that doesn't have a back to take a nap then you would get hurt. The sculpture pug really does have the eyes. It's easy to fool the eye but it's hard to fool the heart.
ReplyDeleteThanks for being a friend

Our Moms' do get overprotective because they love us so much
