Lost Sock Memorial Day!

I was going to tell you about my trip to Petco today

 but in honor of Lost Sock Memorial Day

 we are going to do a repost of  

  Mom's Socks

I have a thing about Mom's socks

I love Mom

 and   

I love her socks 

When she gets her socks out of the

drawer in the morning

I have to inspect them

Unfold them

and try to keep them for myself

When the laundry is dry

There I am

looking for mom's socks 

 I don't look for Dad's socks

Just Mom's

  

And when Mom takes off her shoes

I am right there ready to help her

 take off her socks

 A year later that blue pair of socks is worn 

but still my favorite 

to try to steal from the clean laundry!

Mom is really short 

four feet eleven and one half inches

Grandson is 6 ft 2 inches
