Scoop that Poop, Poop Patrol

Today we are participating in the
Scoop that Poop
blog hop hosted by our friend

This months theme is
POOP PATROL

We are lucky to have a big fenced yard to play in
and most of our pooping is done in our own yard

Mom and Dad take turns doing
poop patrol

Mom does the morning poop patrol

Dad does the afternoon poop patrol

I make things easy for Dad

I always poop around the outer edges of the yard

Bailey does that too

 most of the time

So Dad or Mom can just patrol
around the edge of the yard

then they have to circle around the middle
to search for the Hazel poops

ha ha!
do you see me at the back of the yard

since your cleaning up Dad!

We appreciate that Mom & Dad keep our yard clean
not only for us but for any guests that visit
We don't want them leaving with
our poop on their shoe!
That would be unpleasant for them
and embarrassing for us

So whether on a walk
or in your own yard
don't forget to

We are the PugRanch Kids
Bailey, Hazel & Greta

  4. Bravo! Your mom and dad do excellent poop patrol! How nice of you to poop around the edge of the yard. It's too bad you cannot get Hazel to follow suit.

  12. It is great that you have your people so well trained to clean up after you! Lee and Phod who sometimes step in deer poop, if only they had such great manners!

Do you know what? Someone pooped in my yard- and it wasn't me!
Who's gonna pick it up I wonders.

  15. MOM has always wished that I pooped around the edge or just in one spot. But still she patrols our yard every day.

  16. Great reminder, guys! We are definitely scoopers here. Isabelle has to maintain her Canine Crusader title, naturally. We would scoop anyway because we are surrounded on three sides by water. If you don't scoop the poop, microscopic bits of poop get washed into the rivers, the bay and eventually the ocean. It's bad stuff.

PS, you really need a pooper scooper, not a shovel. So much better on the back! We have this one, and it's held up pretty well. http://www.walmart.com/ip/OUT-Poop-Scoop-Bucket-Dogs-Dogs/14255226

  18. Hi Greta, Bailey and Hazel,
I do the pug walk and poop but Mum really likes picking up after me, when we are out on our walking adventures she picks up my poop in a baby powder scented baggy and carries my poop around like a little treasure!
I think it is a very impawtant job for our peeps to pick up our poops, your Mom and Dad do a great job! It not only stops peeps and pups stepping in it and messing up the place but picking up poops also is good for everyones health!
Love and licks from your furiend Frank xxxxxx

  21. POOPY PATROL....I make it easy also...I have an AM spot in the yard and a PM spot in the yard...and I go at the same time every day. I do my part, Mom does hers...makes for a happy cuddle on the couch with clean feets.

  23. One advantage to having a very small yard like ours is that it's easy to locate the poop. :-)
