Take Me Out to the Ballgame!

We told Mom she could have the blog today since
SHE was the only one to actually go
on an adventure last week
(she left us for 12 hrs!)

I did get to go to Petco
but I don't think that really counts

Here is Mom

Hello dear friends
please forgive me for showing off
my grandkids today

Some of you already know that my grandson
is attending the College of Southern Idaho
on a baseball scholarship
I grabbed the chance to catch a ride
with my son to go watch a double header

After a 2 hour drive here we are
 for the National Anthem

My grandson's main position is Catcher

Looks great doesn't he!

Up the the plate

Leading off from first base after getting a hit!

They won the first game 5-0!

He played first base in the second game
another position he played a lot in high school

A good at bat!

Good thing he got his height
from the other side of his family!

Back at home on Saturday
we watched his younger sister play softball.

A senior in high school

she is the short stop for the
high school varsity softball team

On third base after hitting a triple!!

A couple of great grandkids!

Greta will be back next time
to tell you about her trip to Petco

We are the PugRanch Kids

Catcher is the most Difficult pawsition... the catcher is the Field General. What a TALL guy he is... Maybe he will end up playing for our Cleveland Indians some day. THAT would be super duper.
Love Baseball... and a Double Header would be FANGtastic.
THANK YOU fur taking us ... Out to the BALLGAME... Bravo to your SPECIAL PLAYERS... they are both GRRRRREAT.

  15. Firstly, going to Petco IS exciting. IF you were allowed to go in....just sayin'.

Congrats to the grandkids...that is a BIG boy.

Some of our relos in VA are PE teachers, our auntie, uncle, both cousins and cousins-in-law! So sport has been BIG in our lives.

XXXOOO Bella & Roxy (Oh, we're couch potatoes, though)

  19. Nothin wrong with being a proud grandparent and why not brag a little when you get the chance. Now about that height situation either he is really tall or you are really short. Tell the pug kids thanks for letting you show off the grandkids.

    Aroo to you,
    Sully
