Snow Freaky Boots!

I must say friends,
I haven't had a lot of experience with snow

It has been cold, sometimes VERY cold,
but we just have not had much snow since I arrived

That was until Tuesday morning

We woke up to this!
I know you really can't tell
but the wind was blowing the snow all around

How is a little puglet like me supposed to go potty
when the wind is blowing snow in your face!
But when you gotta go, you gotta go
At least the blowing snow kept mom
from taking pictures of the "event"

The snow storm also brought out something else

something very strange I had not seen before

WHAT the HECK are THOSE in MY kitchen ?????

Geeeze Mabel
It's just Mom's snow boots!

We are the PugRanch Kids
Bailey, Hazel & Mabel

  27. Those boots are almost as big as you, Mabel, so I'm not surprised that you were scared. But, it would be very cute if you climbed into one :)

I can't believe that this was your first snow. I thought it snowed a lot in Idaho!

  30. Kilo the Black Rescue Pug is not keen on snow and we have had heaps here in Toronto this winter. He also gets rather upset with big coats + fake fur trim left lying around- I think he thinks they are dogs. Not long until spring thank goodness.

  31. Good job Mabel, you can never be too sure about furry things. It is best to let them know who is boss.

  33. Oh my dogness, you are sure cute! So glad we haven't had much snow this winter. We only really had one snow day and it was baaaaaaaad! Took me two hours to drive home. That's enough to last me for the whole winter.
