Nature Friday with More Snow!

In typical Idaho fashion 

we got up this morning to snow

It is still snowing as we write this post

with bigger flakes

We apologize for our sporadic posting and commenting lately. There has been a lot going on around here

This last week was rough for me and Hazel

Last weekend Hazel got really bad diarrhea. Poor baby was up and down all Saturday night. Mom got some medicine from our dogtor. Just as Hazel was starting to feel better I got the diarrhea - ugh. Hasn't been much good sleep at the PugRanch. I am still on the mend so we are missing an obedience trial today.

Mom got new glasses yesterday.

Because her right eye has been looking through the wrong prescription after her surgery, it will take a bit for her eye to adjust to the new lense.  Unfortunately what she is struggling the most with is reading, including on the computer. 

So please bear with us!

Saturday a guy came to our house to switch our TV 

from Direct TV to Dish Network

I kept a close eye on him

and made sure he knew what we wanted

I know Dish Guy appreciated my help

He accepted all my barking orders with grace

Nature Friday

After several beautiful sunny days

we woke up this morning to rain and dreary skies

We did have a nice visitor in the yard

Mr. Pheasant was checking the lawn for snacks

He did not stay long, 

flew over the fence and across the road into the sage brush

Weatherman says we may have snow by Sunday

We sure hope not!

Fun at the Health Fair!

Every year Idaho State University holds a health fair

Our training director has a table there.

 Mom & I went to help let people know about 

the benefits of having a well trained dog

There were a lot of people there!

This was our second year helping 

and I was much more relaxed than last year

In fact I really enjoyed all the attention, 

everybody wants to meet the pug!

If there was a lull in the crowd I would start softly barking

"Hey peeps! Come meet me!"

I showed off my puzzle skills and some of my tricks

This is my friend Oliver 

These children enjoyed meeting him

Eleven different dogs came throughout the day

The other day after I,

It was a little chilly this morning (23 degrees)
