Out with the Old, In with the New


A couple of weeks ago Mom's computer started acting up
It started randomly rebooting itself
Nothing she tried helped, it just got worse
She's been having to share Dad's laptop


So a new computer showed up and now
Mom is working to get it up and going


 We said our goodbyes to the old computer
luckily Mom was able to get all of our pictures off of it



Ok Mom!
lets get the new one up and going

So we can get keep blogging!

    Wow, I'm so glad you got fixed up with a new puter! Keeping all of your pix is so very lucky and important. Can't lose those! You all did a great job sniffling the boxes.

    BTW Greta: Would you save a dance for me at the HowlOWeen Ball? My Dad said I needed to play the field...whatever that means...caused my Mom to give him the stink eye...and so he said for me to keep rotating dates around. Whatever, I never argue with Dad, but I'd really love to have a nice dance with you so we can chat and catch up! So, can I have a dance with you sometime during the Ball?!?

    Hope you are up and running real soon. Our laptop died and we got a new one and then guess what we had a resurrection and the blooming old one started working again. None too pleased about it. Have a tremendous Thursday.

    Just wanted to let you know that I received my breast cancer awareness button yesterday. I am wearing to today at work and have already received several compliments on my button. Thank you so much. I wear it in honor of your mom and all the many survivors and of course in memory of the ones that lost the battle. Let's remember women and men, early detection is the best defense.

    Girls I know what you are going through. Mom finally admitted our 7+ year old 'puter was slower than molasses in July...Mom doesn't like change....but when she realized how long it took to do everything she gave in. We had the Geek Squad set it up though.....had mom done it it would not have been pretty.

    Thank goodness she got all the photos off! We use Dropbox so we can access our photos from any device. Hope your mom has fun figuring out the new machine!
