My Birthday Weekend!



My friends!
I had a wonderful birthday weekend
Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes
You all helped to make my first birthday so special!


My birthday morning started out with a new toothbrush!


What ??? you say

Well a girls gotta have clean teeth


And I love these Whimzee Dental Chews!

Then Mom showed me a card and package 
that had come in the mail


See Bailey - it says "To Mabel"!

Look! Look!


Treats and toys and a card!
All from my "special" friend Arty
And his sister and brothers
Dory, Jakey & Bilbo!



what do you mean 
I am not supposed to eat the candles on the cake!

I love this monkey that Arty sent to me,


Mom -
 do you think my other monkey will be jealous?


I always start with the tags - how about you?

Thank you so much Arty! 
You're the Best!
I love the toys and the yummy treats
Please tell Dory, Jakey and Bilbo thank you too.

But the day was not over yet


Mom & Dad took me to Petco



We looked at the toys


Then we checked out the Treat Bar!
Petco sent me a coupon for my birthday
I got to pick out 1 lb of treats!


mmmmmm these smell interesting! 


Sunday morning I got to have my yummy breakfast


Scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon on top!


Then I got to meet my cousin Willow at the new Wellness Complex and go for a walk!

Mom did not take the camera so no pictures of our walk
 but we had a blast together

After our walk we went back to my house 
so Willow and I could play.


Willow is only 10 days older than me 
and she lives with Mom's human son


Willow doesn't have to go home yet does she??
We are having so much fun

Wow I had to take a nap after that


With my new Monkey from Arty and the new Holey Roller ball that Mom & Dad got for me when we were at Petco


I hope all my birthdays will be this much fun!

    BOL Mabel! The first time you attacked that cake while it was singing made us laugh. It reminds us of how Louie would play and attack a toy. Too cute! I am so glad you had a fabulous first birthday. Oh, and please tell your momma that my Ma was a slacker last week and didn't make it to the post office. We will be sending that package this week. My apologies....

    I am soooo happy you liked your pressies, Mabel!! Bilbo got cake like that from Sasha last year for his birthday so I just knew you would love it....Hmmmmm, wonder what became of that toy...I think Mama put it away somewhere.
