A Special Gift from a Special Friend

The day after Christmas
a very special gift arrived from
our dear friend Tweedles

She sent us one of her beautiful healing butterflies
along with one of her poems

 We can feel Tweedles love
 in this special butterfly

Can you feel our love coming back to you Tweedles ?

She knew that our hearts were hurting for
our baby Olive

Thank you for this very special gift Tweedles
we will always treasure it.

You have helped us realize
we must embrace the love Olive brought to us
and let the hurt of her leaving
fly away on the wings of this special butterfly

Thank you dear friend

These last few months have not been easy for Blogville

you all know that Tweedles was very ill recently
we are so happy that
she is healing and getting better everyday

but we have had to say goodbye to many friends

among them

Thunder, Weenie, Benny, Gracie Lynn, Pip, Pippin, Stella

and now

We send our love and prayers to all of you

We are the PugRanch Kids

  5. I am so happy that you got a blue butterfly too!! Isn't it beautiful. I named mine "Flutterby" and I have it on my tree now but I am gonna put it above my bed later.

I am sad about Bridge and our other pals, but I bet they are all running and playing together.

  8. Oh that tweedles is something, that a most awesome butterfly. Yep, your right Blogville sure has had a terrible run of wonderful fur pals going over the Rainbow Bridge. But whats good about the Bridge is knowing that they are all there having happy days and waiting for all of Blogville to arrive and run around, bark, give kissies and snuggles to all.

  11. I treasure my blue butterfly from Tweedles. She is my light in a dismal world. We have lost too many and so glad that Tweedles made it through. I hope you will eventually open your heart to another - your house is so full of love!

  12. My dearest friends,,,,Bailey, Hazel & Greta.
My heart is so happy to read your words about how miss blue butterfly is helping all of you feel love- and heal- and you can feel the love that is surrounding Olive.
And I can feel your love come right back to me.,, thank you for helping me heal.
All of us in blogville need each other-- when sad and scary things happen- we all come together to share love and pick each other up. And there have been too many sad times... our friends leaving their homes and going to the Bridge,,, But we must remember there is love surrounding all those up at the Bridge- they have each other- they are not alone- and they are waiting for the day when we will run across the bridge to meet them- and they will run into our arms.
    love forever- your tweedles

  15. What a special gift from your furiend!

Yes, it's been a lot of losses in Blogville. I recently read about a bloggy friend's cat who passed over the Rainbow Bridge. She isn't a part of the pet blogworld, but the loss isn't any less significant.
