It's all about snow again
on Nature Friday at the PugRanch
Nature Friday is a fun blog hop with
The snow we got Wednesday morning
did not stick around long
The temperature warmed up to 40 degrees
and the new snow melted away
(we still have piles around in the yard).
Yesterday it rained off and on all day.
Before we went to bed last night
the rain turned to slush, then snow
The wind blew the snow sideways
And we woke up to snow
plastered on everything!
Big storms are heading east
We hope all our friends stay warm and safe!
Hop on the hop
and show us some nature in your neck of the woods!
We are the PugRanch Kids
Hazel & Mabel
wow even your fence got a white painting... stay warm&safe too and we hope the storm will cause no damage... and a lot of potp to all who have no home.....I hope there is a place where they can stay ...ReplyDelete
Ohhhhh I hope my huggy puggies and their peeps have all the vittles they need until the snow melts. Haze darlin' how are you feeling.ReplyDelete
We don't have snow coming but they are predicting the return of the ice age on Sunday. It starts out in the 50's before afternoon temps plummet to the 20's and Monday wind chill of teens. Brrr but at least no precipitation during all that.
That doesn't look like much snow to us. We are about to get almost 2 feet this weekend. Our pawrents really hope the weather peeps are wrong on this one.ReplyDelete
Well, our temps are about the same numerically! We're heading for another day of 41°+ But that's Celsius, so it translates to 105°+!ReplyDelete
We think some of your snow has already headed east, our Virginia cousins report school closures, and shovelling snow.
whoa, you got actual drifts!!! We got white stuff falling today, but barely a millimetre - it'll be gone in a blink. Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Those are very pretty snow pictures. We hope you stay warm. In Aberdeen we had a dusting of snow this morning but it has all melted now.ReplyDelete
We are supposed to get the same type of weather Saturday night. we hope its as pretty as yours.ReplyDelete

Your snow looks cold plastered to your fence. Your storms are heading our way for Sunday and into Monday. It's going to be bitter. brrrrrrrrrrrReplyDelete
Snow is pretty. Enjoy.ReplyDelete
Sticky snow is so gorgeous! Have fun in it!ReplyDelete
That looks like a pretty snow! We got more over night last night, but it turned super cold (windchill below zero) and somehow the lovely snow turned into an ice crust a couple inches thick. Even we aren't real keen on that!ReplyDelete
Cam and Mags
Snow looks so pretty when it sticks to everything like that. Hope you ladies stay warm!ReplyDelete
Rain to snow usually means ice, too. Be careful if you go out on the roads.ReplyDelete
We are not snowy here in northern Virginia, but we are really cold, temps close to zero are expected tonight. Burrrrrr.....time to throw another dog on the bed! :-)ReplyDelete
Take care, and I hope you all are safe and warm too!!
