More Snow on Nature Friday

It's all about snow again
on Nature Friday at the PugRanch
Nature Friday is a fun blog hop with

The snow we got Wednesday morning
did not stick around long
The temperature warmed up to 40 degrees
and the new snow melted away
(we still have piles around in the yard).
Yesterday it rained off and on all day.

Before we went to bed last night
the rain turned to slush, then snow

The wind blew the snow sideways

And we woke up to snow

plastered on everything!

Big storms are heading east

We hope all our friends stay warm and safe!

Hop on the hop
and show us some nature in your neck of the woods!

We are the PugRanch Kids

  2. Ohhhhh I hope my huggy puggies and their peeps have all the vittles they need until the snow melts. Haze darlin' how are you feeling.
We don't have snow coming but they are predicting the return of the ice age on Sunday. It starts out in the 50's before afternoon temps plummet to the 20's and Monday wind chill of teens. Brrr but at least no precipitation during all that.

  3. That doesn't look like much snow to us. We are about to get almost 2 feet this weekend. Our pawrents really hope the weather peeps are wrong on this one.

  4. Well, our temps are about the same numerically! We're heading for another day of 41°+ But that's Celsius, so it translates to 105°+!

We think some of your snow has already headed east, our Virginia cousins report school closures, and shovelling snow.

  12. That looks like a pretty snow! We got more over night last night, but it turned super cold (windchill below zero) and somehow the lovely snow turned into an ice crust a couple inches thick. Even we aren't real keen on that!

  14. Rain to snow usually means ice, too. Be careful if you go out on the roads.
